The researchers (Prof. Dr. C. Ostgathe, Prof. Dr. Jan Schildmann, Dr. Alexander Kremling) of the SedPall consortium are currently conducting an anonymous online survey on terminology for sedation in palliative care among member societies of the EAPC (https://www.palliativmedizin.uk-erlangen.de/en/research/health-services-research-in-palliative-care/completed-research-projects-in-palliative-care-research/from-anxiolysis-to-deep-continuous-sedation/)
The survey is addressed to professionals (any profession) working in the field of palliative care.
They researchers would be very grateful if members of EAPC could spend 15-20 minutes on this study, which explores the applicability of different definitions on sedation in palliative care to different clinical cases and will help to understand and improve terminology in the future.
Deadline Survey: July 31st
Please also let us know if you experienced any problems with the survey. In that case, we would send you another access link.
